Yoga is the perfect way to experience deep relaxation. At Hof van Salland, we now offer a special retreat where you can practise or discover different styles of yoga. In addition to the yoga sessions, you'll have plenty of time to enjoy other relaxing activities such as walking, reading, paddleboarding, daydreaming, unwinding in the sauna, or taking a swim in our heated outdoor pool. The result is complete relaxation, combining yoga, nature, and wellness in perfect harmony. Recharge your body and mind, and return to everyday life feeling energised and refreshed.

Your Stay During Your Yoga Retreat
During this feel-good Yoga Retreat, you will stay in a luxurious villa with private wellness facilities. The villa includes, among other amenities, a private sauna, whirlpool, and sun shower. During your stay, you can also enjoy complimentary access to the heated outdoor pool, the lounge area with fireplace, and the tennis court at the park. The yoga sessions are held as group classes. You are free to enjoy the meals together with the group or separately, according to your own preference. Throughout your stay, you will be treated to a culinary experience prepared by the chefs of Restaurant De Hazelaer. You will enjoy a luxurious breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner. Each day includes plenty of time for yourself, which you can spend however you wish. For example, you can explore the surrounding nature, read a book, relax in the sauna, or simply enjoy other moments of personal wellbeing.

Ultieme ontspanning in de natuur
Hof van Salland ligt in de natuur van Nationaal Park Sallandse Heuvelrug. Deze unieke omgeving biedt een gevarieerd landschap met veel groen en bossen. De yogalessen worden gegeven op een prachtige locatie naast het buitenzwembad. Door verschillende vormen van yoga te beoefenen tijdens uw verblijf zult u merken dat er meer ruimte ontstaat in uw energiesysteem. De lessen worden verzorgd door ervaren yogadocenten. Zij bieden variaties voor beginners en ervaren yogaliefhebbers. Na deze retreat heeft u de verbinding met uzelf (weer) gevonden en voelt u zich opgeladen en ontspannen!
Om uw weekend verblijf heerlijk ontspannen af te sluiten hoeft u de sleutel pas op zondagavond om 20:00 uur in te leveren. Optioneel kunt u uw feelgood retreat nog verlengen met een extra nacht.
