This spacious group accommodation is ideal for large families or several families travelling together who value comfort, space and privacy. Surrounded by greenery and tranquillity, the villa offers plenty of room to come together, and just as much space to retreat when you need a moment to yourself.

Ground floor: living and relaxing

Inside you'll find generous living spaces where everyone instantly feels at home. The large living room forms the natural heart of the villa, perfect for long evenings full of conversation, games and togetherness. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for cooking together and enjoying long dinners.

The ground floor has two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. These rooms offer a lovely spot to retreat to, with plenty of privacy and comfort. There are also two toilets on the ground floor, one in a bathroom and one separate.

Outside, the green grounds invite you to relax and play. While the kids run around freely, you can enjoy outdoor life on the terrace or in the garden. Thanks to the generous layout, there's always a spot to unwind, catch up or simply enjoy some quiet time. Outside you'll also find an external storage shed, perfect for bikes or scooters.

First floor: space and calm to unwind

Upstairs you'll find five spacious bedrooms, each furnished with two comfortable single beds. There are also two modern bathrooms with an extra toilet, where you can relax under the shower. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with a sink and toilet.

Extra comfort

When booking, you can let us know your personal preferences, such as a specific location or a villa that welcomes your dog. Some villas are equipped with air conditioning and, subject to availability, can be booked for an extra fee at reception.

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the park, groups of young people unfortunately cannot make a booking.

Hof van Salland: relax and enjoy

You'll be staying at Hof van Salland, a luxurious and small-scale holiday park in Hellendoorn, set in the green landscape of Salland. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel the peace, space and nature that define this park. The comfortable facilities make your stay even more enjoyable. Enjoy the heated outdoor pool all year round, treat yourself to lunch or dinner at restaurant De Hazelaer with delicious regional produce, or get active on the tennis court. Bike rental is also available so you can explore the surroundings at your own pace.

Hof van Salland lies directly on the Pieterpad hiking trail and is close to the Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park. Here you can walk and cycle through vast heathlands, forests and rolling landscapes. Nearby you'll find plenty of appealing day trips, such as the Outdoor Center Sallandse Heuvelrug, Avonturenpark Hellendoorn and Het Kabouterpad. For a cultural outing, the historic Hanseatic towns of Deventer and Zwolle are within easy reach. The region is also home to museums, small-scale attractions and regional farms where you can discover local products and Sallandse hospitality.
