The luxury villa is built with sustainable materials in the traditional Twente Saxon style. The villa consists of two floors, includes free Wi-Fi, and at least one bedroom per accommodation features a flat-screen TV. All villas are non-smoking, and you have the possibility to park a car at your villa. Gross floor area approx. 100 m².
 This villa is not rented to groups of young people due to the tranquil setting. 

Ground floor 

Entrance with separate toilet. The spacious living room is furnished with a flat-screen TV, gas-fired fireplace, underfloor heating and French doors leading to a mostly partially covered terrace. On the terrace, a luxurious garden set with parasol is available, where you can enjoy the generous, green plot in peace. Furthermore, there is a luxury open kitchen with a hob (five burners including a wok burner), dishwasher, Illy espresso machine, combi-oven and a refrigerator with separate freezer. On the ground floor you will also find a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with washbasin and walk-in shower. 

First floor 

On the first floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed. There is also a second bathroom with a washbasin, toilet and shower cabin, as well as a traditional infusion sauna. 

Bookable with preferences 

When booking your luxury wellness villa, you can specify your preferences (see the corresponding preference fees). Preferences include, for example, a specific accommodation number, requesting a villa with a washing machine and dryer, or a bathroom with a whirlpool bath, a villa with an extra single bedroom, or choosing a villa where you may bring a pet (dog). The latter is possible, but additional costs apply. Other pets are not allowed in the villas.
