Ground floor: living & relaxing
The atmospheric living room is the heart of the villa and is comfortably furnished with a spacious seating area, perfect for cozy evenings together. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern built-in appliances, offering everything you need to cook extensively and enjoy meals together. Through the French doors, you reach the terrace with garden furniture and your own private hot tub, where outdoor living can be fully enjoyed.

Outside, there is a storage room with a washing machine. 

First floor: peace & space to dream away
On the upper floor, you will find two comfortable bedrooms with luxury box-spring beds. The bathroom is stylishly finished and features a shower, washbasin, whirlpool, and toilet—a pleasant place to start or end the day in a relaxed way. 

To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the park, bookings by groups of young people are unfortunately not permitted.
