• Start at 06.30 am and you are ready at 10.00 am (times are flexible)
• The day starts with baking sandwiches, making and serving breakfast baskets and serving breakfast in the restaurant
• Are not miserly, but you are (environmentally) aware.
• Do not have a morning mood. Our guests deserve service with a smile
