From August 26th through August 30th, it's once again time for Stoppelhaene. The town of Raalte in Salland is fully dedicated to the festivities. This historical harvest festival has grown to be one of the largest festivals in the Netherlands. With a jam-packed program including fairs, markets, parades, a barbecue challenge, a tour of antique cars, a pub quiz, and much, much more, the five-day event offers a lot of fun for people both young and old. This whole spectacle will take place not even 15 km away from Hof van Salland in Hellendoorn. Interested in spending not one, but maybe even two or more days at Stoppelhaene?
